•Planned and executed an extensive client outreach, Brand Awareness, engagement campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter
and Google – in the process increased the app downloads by 14X times. In addition, successfully planned and executed multiple
Brand Awareness campaigns on Traditional Media advertising like Radio, Feet on Street & Look Walkers.
Product Owner Responsibility –
•Conceptualized and relaunched the GotTable mobile platform using Design Thinking.
• Managed a team of 4 marketing professionals in managing the launch and client outreach.
Exceling in customer relations –
• Established excellent business relationships with upwards of 70 of the organization’s existing clients within 5 months of joining,
ensuring smooth delivery of their products and services.
Enabling Client Retention/ Cross selling services –
•Converted > 40 clients who were looking out the services that GotTable provided. This expanded the client base as well as added to
the extra income of INR 48,00,000 for every annum to the organization apart from what the out-bound deals can obtain.
Cross Functional Responsibilities –
•Worked with the Technology team to build the product.
• Working with the Sales force, on a Day-to-Day basis to ensure they meet the target, help them to convert clients whenever
required. Helped the sales force to fill the gaps between Cold Calls to Conversions.
