My role includes being in close coordination with the Business Group of the designated regions, getting requirements, contributing information and recommendations, and making strategic plans to execute the business requirements with the Production team, maintaining the Organization standards. This includes launching various promotions on online stores with accurate coordination with the product releases in worldwide markets. Analysis of team's effort to contribute in improving the performance of the Core Production Team. Being single point of contact of Production team to the Business Team, my role is to maintain a healthy relationship with the team for the growth of the Organization YoY.
