Alyssa Mae

I have 6 years experience in customer service and also marketing a big company (Convergys-Recruitment and Sourcing Department). I also have 2 years experience of being a Branch Manager of SM Lifestyle Inc. handling Cinema and Snack Time. With my course (Marketing and Economics- college graduate from University of St. La Salle) also with my intensive training from Convergys & SM, the following skills were enhanced: business & people management, marketing, customer service,sales and admin tasks. We were also greatly exposed using social media in marketing the company and also to different Microsoft offices for our reports. I attended training and seminars as well to improve my English written and speaking skills. I also had an experience in Recruitment department wherein I conducted Final Interview everyday.
