Zephyr Angels

Zephyr Angels is a non-exclusive network of business angels that supports new entrepreneurs and accelerates the development of the Macedonian startup ecosystem. We offer value to investors by defining agreements, return on investment, and the opportunity to contribute to the development of the ecosystem. We don't just invest in the future—we invest in future investors as well. We mainly invest between 20,000 and 60,000 euros in primarily pre-seed and seed deals. In addition to financial resources, we are prepared to share our expertise and contacts with the startups we invest in. 

The goals and objectives of the network include organizing 4 investment events annually, where we invite more than 12 startups to present, conducting 1 knowledge-sharing training annually, a due diligence process for deals, and providing an investment memorandum. We primarily use an equity-based model, with the possibility of a convertible loan or SAFE. Our goal is to have co-investors such as venture capital funds or external investors. Startups should have an MVP or proven product/market fit and initial traction.
