There are great businesses being started and built across the US. We focus on the places that are often overlooked and underserved by traditional venture capital.

We invest $250k to $1mm into Seed and Series A rounds. We are happy to lead rounds or co-invest alongside others.

We focus on digital, enterprise technology companies. Software, data, payments/transactions, marketplaces, IoT, B2B2c, etc. We are vertical agnostic.

We prefer companies that are showing at least initial signs of product market fit. So, customer adoption and traction are important to us.

We love innovative products that are solving big problems and disrupting large markets.

Fast growth and huge potential. We target companies that are not only already growing quickly but also have the potential for exponential growth.
