Vertex Ventures was founded in 1988 and is one of the oldest venture capital firms in Asia. It is also a member of Singapore's Temasek Holdings. Based in Singapore, Vertex Ventures has branches in China, the United States, Japan, Israel, Southeast Asia, India and other entrepreneurial hotspots.

Vertex Ventures China independently started early-stage venture capital business in China in 2008. It currently has offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Singapore, with multiple USD and RMB funds under management, with a total management scale of more than RMB 15 billion. The founding team members have worked together for more than 14 years.
