To expand our impact, we strategically invest in early-stage companies seeking to remove barriers to postsecondary education and workforce pathways, improving socioeconomic mobility for more people.

How our investment process works

We aim to invest capital in teams building mission-aligned, scalable companies from pre-seed to Series B. Our due diligence process generally takes three to six weeks.

During this time, we evaluate the company’s current traction, growth trajectory, impact potential, and strategic relevance. Companies must be based in the U.S. or Canada.

We do not lead rounds, and our check amounts typically range from $250,000 to $2 million with potential for follow-on investment in later rounds.
