PV is focused on deploying capital into the technology sector. With a range of diversified offerings and a unique fund structure, we allow global institutions, family offices, and UHNW to access the innovation economy in a transparent, aligned, and open platform.

Our Canada Growth Funds invest at Series A or B in scaling companies at a “moment in time” defined by the need for capital to hire up to support proven demand, and often in an “off-market” financing that seeks to fund the achievement of a business milestone that will facilitate next major financing at a valuation premium.

Our Direct Secondary Funds are the first of their kind in Canada, seeking later-stage, high-growth companies with near-term value creation events such as acquisitions, large growth financings, or IPOs. PV finds early investor share positions to provide liquidity for angels and ex-employees and improve company structure for the path forward.
