We invest in established mid-sized companies with significant strategic and operational development potential. Our strategy aims at the long-term, sustainable development of the companies in which we invest. We understand the specific needs of mid-sized companies and are also experienced in handling complex situations. From a Supervisory Board position, we support our companies in their growth plans, operational development, and the strengthening of their long-term competitiveness in order to ensure they are strongly positioned for the future.
We can help finance add-on acquisitions and allocate additional capital to strategic growth initiatives that increase the company’s value.
We typically invest in companies with an EBITDA of approx. €5-75m, headquartered in Germany, Austria, Switzerland or neighbouring countries. At the same time, these companies operate a sustainable, established business model in a stable or growing market and have clearly identified strategic and operational development opportunities.
