Overeasy Ventures (“OEV”) began as a virtual meetup group In April 2020 as a way to learn from founders and investors in different industries. OEV decided that rather than invest in just one company, we should invest in multiple companies. We formally raised fund I in December 2020. To change the traditional VC model, we charge no management fees and do not promote our LPs.
Since December 2020, we have invested in 11 companies, and our check size ranges from $25,000 to $100,000.
