Founded in 2021, after decades of entrepreneurship, we proudly call Detroit our home. We also have Muditans (yes, that’s a thing) in Chicago, San Francisco, Seattle, and Ann Arbor.

We invest in early-stage SaaS companies that are post-revenue and pre-growth spurt. We’re especially fond of B2B SaaS that helps people learn, work, lead, and live better.

At our core, we’re business builders more than financiers. We invest where we can directly affect the outcome by applying our experience, network, and access.
