Morales Capital was co-founded by Angel and Cassey Morales, each with more than 25 years of investment experience across a variety of different industries and asset classes. Mr. Morales was the co-Head of the Bank of America Merrill Lynch Global Private Equity business and co-founded North Cove Partners, the spin-out of the legacy Merrill Lynch private equity unit with more than $6 billion of Assets Under Management. Mrs. Morales’ experience includes technology venture investing and was previously a Director in the Merrill Lynch Global Private Equity business where she led its retail and consumer efforts.

Morales Capital is a single-family office that invests in venture, growth capital and buyout opportunities. The office has a particular focus on healthcare, financial services, education technology and consumer companies. Morales Capital emphasizes partnering with minority and women-owned firms, with a particular focus on Latino-founded ones, whose products and services are positively impacting the communities they serve.
