Maj Invest Equity

Founded in 2005, Maj Invest is today primarily owned by management and employees. Maj Invest comprises Maj Invest Holding with among others the subsidiaries Fondsmæglerselskabet Maj Invest, Maj Invest Equity, and Maj Bank.

In Asset Management (Fondsmæglerselskabet Maj Invest) we provide advice on strategic asset allocation and asset management of securities listed on regulated markets for institutional clients, mutual funds, and other professional clients. We also offer wealth management services to wealthy individuals, companies, and funds.

Fondsmæglerselskabet Maj Invest is a portfolio adviser to and main distributor of the mutual fund Investeringsforeningen Maj Invest, among others. Fondsmæglerselskabet Maj Invest is behind all investment opportunities offered by the mutual fund. The mutual fund is open to all types of investors, both private individuals investing their savings or pension funds, and large or small institutional investors. The mutual fund offers products within equities, bonds, and mixed portfolios.

In Private Equity (Maj Invest Equity), we act as managers of private equity funds investing in unlisted equities. In the Danish part of our private equity business, we act as managers of private equity funds investing in Danish unlisted equity. In the international part of our private equity business, we among other things act as managers of private equity funds investing within financial inclusion. We also act as manager of a private equity fund with a broad focus on minority investments in both Denmark and abroad, primarily within life science and green tech.
