Diversity, equity, and inclusion are essential to the future competitiveness and success of American innovation, and these values are central to KCV’s innovation growth strategy. Ideas from Kentucky will change and improve lives. We partner with Kentucky’s higher education institutions to create inclusive and equitable environments where every great idea can succeed with the appreciation of the various people, cultures, and communities that inspired it. Join us in making innovation a place for all Kentuckians to build, thrive, and impact.
