We invest in technology companies building innovative solutions that leverage India’s demographic dividend, consumption drivers, and technological advancements. Our focus revolves around companies that display product-market fit, use technology to create sustainable differentiation and scale that result in market leadership, and are capital efficient.

The first fund was launched in 2016 and we are now in its second fund journey of investing. We aim to create a strategic partnership with portfolio companies that goes beyond mere capital infusion by providing extensive value to portfolio companies in developing growth strategies, improving financial functions, and building product roadmaps. The fund also provides support with hiring the right team, marketing assistance, media and outreach efforts, fundraising for additional rounds, and support from JSW Group’s extensive resources.
