• Typically, a minimum initial investment of $1M

Your growth instrument

To be eligible for venture capital invested directly by Investissement Québec, your company must:

• be located in Quebec;
• have a team of experienced managers;
• operate in the following sectors: manufacturing, information technology, life sciences and green technologies;
• have a short-term profitability expectation (typically 24 months), strong growth potential, and competitive advantages on a global scale;
• have a healthy financial and operational structure.
