• Sectors Out of Scope: Hardware, Robotics, Life Sciences, Crypto, Blockchain, Gaming, CleanTech, AgTech, Cannabis, CPG.
• Focus Stages: Pre-Seed (MVP in market > 3 months, initial customer traction)
• Initial Check Size Range: $150-500K (up to $2M total per startup incl. follow-on)
