INVESTMENT CRITERIA

Our Growth Lending fund invests in companies showing proven business model, generating sales of at least €4M and being profitable, set to be profitable and/or with strong unit economics.

Our flexible financing addresses various needs:

• Organic or external growth

• Bridge to next equity round/profitability/exit

• Shareholders’ reorganization

• Leverage to equity

We mainly invest through bonds with maturities ranging from 3 to 6 years and a repayment profile tailored to each situation; we also have a potential access to equity through warrants.

We back French and European private companies in which the founders and management own a significant share of the equity.
