About IPD Capital
We are looking to make investments ranging from $250K to $5M in private companies in the areas of technology, manufacturing, software, medical devices, & healthcare services in which the business model is heavily dependent on, or enhanced by strong intellectual property strategies.
Typically these companies have gone beyond or are near the proof of concept (POC) phase and product visibility is such that having the IP portion of the business strategy pinned down and in place is critical.
IPD Capital invests in companies with good business models and helps them create intellectual property (IP) strategies to enhance shareholder value, including:
