High Alpha was founded by Scott Dorsey, Eric Tobias, Kristian Andersen, and Mike Fitzgerald – long-time friends, colleagues, and business partners who, through their own entrepreneurial experiences, witnessed the impact breakout companies can have on individuals, families, communities, and entire industries.

After the multi-billion dollar acquisition of ExactTarget (ET) by Salesforce (CRM) and a brief term as CEO of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ExactTarget Co-Founder Scott Dorsey re-connected with serial entrepreneurs and former Salesforce executives Eric Tobias and Mike Fitzgerald and designer-turned-founder Kristian Andersen to pioneer a new model for entrepreneurship.

Prior to starting High Alpha in 2015, our team had co-founded dozens of venture-backed startups, raised hundreds of millions of dollars from investors, created thousands of high-wage jobs, and created billions of dollars of enterprise value.

Since then, we’ve launched 40+ new companies, backed 80+ founders, and are transforming the venture-building industry.
