Green Egg Ventures is an early-stage venture capital fund that discovers, invests in, and supports software startups that are solving problems for businesses across multiple verticals.

We invest broadly in software startups that are impacting the bottom line of businesses. Opportunities that require consumer adoption to scale, have a hardware component, or are in the biotech space are not a fit for us.

Our focus is pre-seed and seed opportunities that have validated product-market fit and are valued at $10M or less. While we’re not lead investors, we aren’t afraid to be the first investor to write a check into a business.

We are an agile team that is able to move quickly on opportunities. Our process begins with an initial meeting between one of the partners and a prospective company. If the opportunity is a potential fit for investment, we have a follow-up meeting with the entire team.

From there, we conduct our own internal due diligence as well as external company, customer, and investor screenings prior to coming to a final decision. The entire process typically ranges between 2-4 weeks.

We take pride in providing more value to our investments other than just writing a check, with the goal of advancing our portfolio companies to their next institutional round of fundraising.

In addition to our capital contribution, we specialize in fundraising, candidate sourcing and hiring, sales introductions, and business development strategy. No matter what challenges may arise, we are always ready to roll up our sleeves and support our founders in any way possible.
