About Force Over Mass Capital
Founded in 2013, Force Over Mass Capital (FOM), is the first Venture Capital firm to apply a process and data-driven approach, combined with unique regulatory and financial innovation in managing investment positions.
Since then, Founder & CEO Martijn de Wever has continued to bring his twenty years of experience in trading complex markets at the largest global banks to venture investing. Over the past 10 years, he has simultaneously built the fast-growing Fintech company Floww, the private markets infrastructure platform that specifically addresses obstacles in Venture Capital, from governance and reporting to seamless transaction execution.
FOM has evolved in two key stages. The first was to establish its proprietary method of investing, combined with building out firm-specific financial innovation. The second was to prove that the model works for all private market investors, from individuals to large institutional investors.
FOM is now ready to embark on its latest streak of innovative success: enhancing the proven method of investing with tomorrow's technology. By building out structural innovation, FOM is laying the foundation to bring liquidity through greater connectivity among existing and new players in private markets.
What is unique about FOM's third phase of innovation is that it opens up connectivity between private market investors. Given the latest macroeconomic backdrop changes, now is the best time to introduce structural improvements to the venture industry. By making the market more compatible with new investors such as Pension Funds, FOM's new funds combined with Floww’s infrastructure enable investors to benefit from Secondari by Design.
