The founders Sam Quawasmi and Chris Thomas are former investment bankers that embarked on this journey to democratise and digitise the financial world, bringing it to your mobile phone.

Whilst the first product they launched was Equity Crowdfunding ie. conducting Mini-IPOs via the platform, the vision and execution plan is to expand the product offering and services significantly.

They plan to launch their secondary market, which, along with the newly introduced institutional investor desk, will provide their investors of all sizes with multiple liquidity opportunities, and provide their institutional investors and family offices with access to larger international Pre-IPO companies.

The aim is to layer additional products and regions thereafter. Equity Crowdfunding is merely a subset of the offering. It ensures the average individual investor gets access to these investment opportunities alongside High Networth and Institutional investors.
