Since starting Calm Ventures in 2020, Calm has grown to over $150,000,000 in AUM across 300+ companies and 6,500+ LPs, investing in some of the most prominent technology businesses globally.

Prior to Calm Ventures, Zachary was an investor at Growth Equity Firm OCV Partners, headed by CIM ($31B+ AUM) Founder/Managing Partner and the prior J2 Global ($3B public internet holding co) CEO, and was an investment banker at San Francisco-based Viant Capital. Zachary received his B.A. from the University of Southern California and attended Columbia Business School before leaving to pursue venture capital full-time.

Zachary has personally invested in 400+ startups over a decade. Zachary is also a Venture Partner at Gaingels, the largest diversity venture firm in the US, and Stateless Ventures, a web3-focused fund. Zach also co-founded Last Money In, the #1 VC newsletter on SPVs/emerging managers.
