About Bouygues Développement
We support the Bouygues Construction, Bouygues Immobilier, Colas, TF1, and Bouygues Telecom businesses in their minority investment activities in start-ups.
Philosophy
Since 2009, we have been convinced that investing in start-ups is an essential driver of innovation for the Bouygues group.

Investment thesis
Because joining forces makes even more sense at the beginning of a project, we support start-up companies and participate in financing rounds:
- Seed or Series A
- mainly in capital increase
- alone or with co-investors
Our initial investments range from €100,000 to more than €1,000,000 depending on the level of maturity of the company, for a target holding percentage of between 5% and 20% of the capital.
We are convinced that the success of projects depends on the creation of a strong and lasting link between the Business and the start-up , which is why our investments are conditional on securing a place on the company's board .
