Anzu Partners is an investment firm that focuses on industrial and life science technology companies with the potential to transform their industries. We team with entrepreneurs to develop and commercialize technological innovations by providing capital and deep expertise in business development, market positioning, global connectivity, and operations.

Anzu manages approximately $1 billion in strategic assets across three venture funds, a mezzanine revenue-based investing fund (“RBI”), and a special purpose acquisition company (“SPAC”). The venture capital funds focus on investments in early-stage companies, ranging from pre-revenue to post-commercialization, where we have deep knowledge and relationships to drive value for investors. RBI provides capital through a non-dilutive preferred share vehicle to post-revenue companies, offering an alternative to traditional venture and debt financing. Anzu Special Acquisition Corp I seeks to identify high-quality businesses with transformative technologies for industrial applications. Anzu primarily invests in companies across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific.

Founded in 2014, Anzu Partners operates a robust investment platform for industrial and life science technology companies. Anzu’s current portfolio consists of ~35 portfolio companies, and the firm has 8 investment professionals, ~320 fund investors, and ~45 portfolio support staff. We have had several meaningful exits and managed an active pipeline of new opportunities in diligence, tracked through firm-wide pipeline reviews that cover 400-500 industrial and life science technology companies per year across the globe.
