Venture Capital is living in a bygone era. Our industry has enabled the disruption of many other industries, yet we have neglected to disrupt our own. Old venture stereotypes are sadly still the reality - overemphasis on pattern matching, homogenous and siloed partnerships, and the expectation that founders will educate VCs on their space.
