We invest via iSAFE, SAFE, convertible notes and priced rounds. We are lead investors in over half of our deals. When we invest, our first priority is closing the round and getting capital into our portfolio accounts as soon as possible.

Our term sheets and investor docs are incredibly straightforward and simple. Our team will work directly with you to help you understand the terms and the overall investment documentation. We are not in the business of pulling fast ones.

As founders ourselves, we understand the playbook to get from zero to one. We are not in the business of controlling portfolio companies. We do not take board seats and we will never impede a founder's growth.

We bring a global mindset to the cap table. We are a US-domiciled fund and the majority of our LPs are outside of India.
