Recently, AirAsia has launched a new subscription plan on its super-app called SUPER+.
The SUPER+ plan is available for purchase across Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines from 28 March until 2 April 2022.
There will only be a total of 200,000 SUPER+ subscriptions available across the four countries during the sale period.

Benefits of the SUPER+ Plan
- Unlimited flight redemption for the subscriber across all AirAsia airlines (flight code AK, FD, QZ, Z2) across the region, for both domestic and international destinations.
- Unlimited free delivery for airasia food orders across all countries and locations where the service is available.
- COVID pre-departure insurance coverage, which allow subscribers to claim insurance benefits if they were to contract COVID within 7 days before their scheduled departure.
- Discounts on airasia ride, airasia xpress, SNAP, hotels and more will be subsequently added as part of this subscription.
Key Highlights
- Subscribers can redeem their flights from 28 March 2022 until 27 March 2023 and travel throughout 11 April 2022 - 10 April 2023.
- Subscribers also have to book their SUPER+ flights 14 days in advance and the free flights only cover the base fare and do not include other add-ons as well as surchargers.
- AirAsia have the right to revoke the SUPER+ subscription if subscribers have more than three no-shows.
- Subscribers can book and redeem flight tickets during the stated travel period, except during the "embargo period" listed in the Terms and Conditions.
- The unlimited free delivery for airasia food is subject to a minimum spend of RM15 on any purchased goods from selected restaurants, which will be automatically applied on the checkout page in the app.
- On the other hand, AirAsia's chief executive officer, Tony Fernandes also announced that AirAsia has sorted out 90% of passenger refunds to date.
