The foundations of BIGIT was laid in 2015 in Malaysia by the young company Elites. Creating extraordinary conferences is our specialty and we strive to strengthen the company by providing a platform to make ideas happen along with our fundamental principle to constantly stay relevant in thinking two steps ahead into the future. Which then led us to acknowledge the rapid growth in the field of IT and technology. Hence BIGIT was created specifically catered to all events pertaining to IT and technology offerings and innovations to help ease transition into the future. Moving on, our event grew bigger in scale where multiple conferences are held concurrently along with an exhibition attraction and we steered to brand our large scaled technology event as BIGIT Technology. National Association of Asian American Professionals (NAAAP)
Established in 1982, the National Association of Asian American Professionals (NAAAP) is a non-profit organization that cultivates and empowers Asian & Pacific Islander leaders through professional development, community service, and networking. There are more than 30 professional and collegiate NAAAP chapters encompassing a network of 5,500 members and 25,000 professionals. As the largest and fastest growing API professionals association, NAAAP continues to provide its members with the tools and resources to further career advancements and to empower Asians and Pacific Islanders to become great leaders as well as valuable employees.
The Accelerate DFW Foundation launches entrepreneurs by connecting them connected to what they need and helping them fill the gaps in their business. We support startups at IDEA Works, our mixed industry business incubator where entrepreneurs set the pace and we provide structure and accountability. We also operate Startup Bootcamps, which are hands-on workshops with respected doers designed for entrepreneurs to walk out with an actionable plan they can immediately implement. Finally, we provide a storytelling platform for startups and help inform the larger community about what they're up to. For fun we also collaborate with other like-minded organizations to put on events like Startup Weekend, Startup Crawl FW, Global Entrepreneurship Week, and others that bring entrepreneurs together.
GiveBackHack is the launchpad for social innovation you need to turn an idea into a reality. GiveBackHack is a community that starts with a weekend-long event that brings together passionate community members to develop sustainable, technology-based solutions to some of our most pressing social issues – community leaders, designers, developers, and other concerned citizens attend to create solutions that make a lasting impact.
