Remulla said they informed the President that four projects of the PNP were affected by the fund realignments.“So, he (Marcos) said , that is wrong, it should be reverted according to the NEP,” Remulla said, partly in Filipino.

Remulla said they have yet to determine who was responsible in Congress for the significant variance in the DILG budget in the 2025 GAA and the 2025 NEP.
