NBI pins hopes on Interpol okay of blue notice request

NATIONAL Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Director Jaime Santiago said on Wednesday the International Police (Interpol) has yet to respond to its request to include dismissed  mayor Alice Guo in its blue notice.

Santiango said a red notice can only be requested and issued by the Interpol once there is already a case filed against the subject person before the court.
