The heavy rainfall has caused flooding and affected 183 areas in Regions 1, 2, 3, and 5, damaging 7,838 houses.  A total of 11 cities and municipalities were declared under a state of calamity.

Meanwhile, Tactical Operations Group 4 (TOG-4) conducted preemptive evacuation operations in Lucena City in coordination with the Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office.
