He stressed the production and dissemination of such false information  is illegal and punishable  under Article 154 of the Revised Penal Code.

However, he assured the public these individuals would be identified soon.“With due process, we will see to it that the persons responsible will be held accountable for this malicious and dastardly act,” Andres said.
