THE Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) has issued a "show cause order” (SCO) against motorcycle ride-hailing operator DBDoyc Inc.(Angkas) for allegedly exceeding the allocated rider cap set for the motorcycle taxi pilot program.

The regulatory body has also allowed the companies to operate in Region III and Region IV, provided that their riders are capped at 2,000 each.

Currently, motorcycle taxis are capped at 45,000 riders in Metro Manila.
