About the Trainers
Rom Agustin is the co-founder and CEO of Callbox. He and a partner started Callbox as a small outsourcing firm in 2004, and led the company to become a leading B2B marketing agency. Under his leadership, Callbox’s core processes and technology have continually evolved with different developments in the B2B space throughout the last 15 years. With his experience as a systems engineer, Rom is a serial entrepreneur who has a number of successful ventures in the technology, consulting, and BPO industries.
Charmaine Española is Callbox’s Creative Director. She has more than 14 years of experience in B2B marketing, specializing in content marketing, graphic design, SEO, digital marketing, and brand strategy. Charmaine oversees Callbox’s content production operations and digital marketing campaigns. She leads the planning and execution of branding initiatives and creative strategy. Charmaine also consults with Callbox’s clients on improving their outbound and inbound sales prospecting strategies. As Callbox’s Creative Director, Charmaine has implemented a number of programs and campaigns that expanded the company’s reach, enhanced Callbox’s brand, and established the agency’s reputation in the B2B industry.
