LEAD School, an EdTech startup based in India, has secured a Series E funding round amounted to US$100 million

The funding round was organized by Westbridge Capital, joined with GSV Ventures which contains an EdTech-themed portfolio consisting of companies such as Coursera, Course Hero, Turnitin and more. 

LEAD was co-founded in 2012 by Smita Deorah and Sumeet Mehta.

Both founders are very experienced in India's education industry.
