Glints, a Singapore-based startup focused on recruitment and career development, has just raised $22.5 million in a Series C funding round.
The round was led by PERSOL Holdings, a Japanese public listed company.
Existing investors also joined the round, which include Monk's Hill Ventures, Fresco Capital, Mindworks Ventures, Wavemaker Partners, and several angel investors.
Founded in 2013 as an intern recruitment platform, Glints provides a broad range of services to bridge talent with employers, as well as providing support for professionals in their career development.
The company provides a job marketplace for talent discovery, skills education for talent up-skilling, and forums to bring the professional community together.
For employers, Glints provides an online recruitment solution that is claimed to be "twice as efficient" as traditional recruiters.
Glints today has over 4 million professionals visiting its platform every month, and is approaching closer to operational break-even across its business units.
Moving forward, Glints will use the fresh funds to develop their platform and expand more aggressively across Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Thailand.
The company also aims to become a "full-stack talent platform", with plans to solve the "regional talent crunch" for employers.
“We are scaling Glints as a full-stack talent platform to support the professionals in Southeast Asia with their career discovery and development and to solve the regional talent crunch for employers,” he added.
