The company provides a
job marketplace for talent discovery, skills education for talent up-skilling, and forums to bring the professional community together.
For employers, Glints provides an
online recruitment solution that is claimed to be "twice as efficient" as traditional recruiters.
Glints today has
over 4 million professionals visiting its platform every month, and is approaching closer to operational break-even across its business units.

Moving forward, Glints will use the fresh funds to develop their platform and expand more aggressively across
Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Thailand.
