A new co-working space by Spaces, Spaces Exchange 106, is set to launch at Malaysia's tallest skyscraper.
The space, which will open its doors on February 2021, is located on the 23rd floor of The Exchange 106 — a 106 storey newly built skyscraper located at the heart of Malaysia's capital city, Kuala Lumpur.
Spaces Exchange 106 has a built-up area of 3550sqm, accommodating 484 workstations, 49 offices, and 5 meeting rooms.
The space is also fully furnished with modern office necessities, such as fast internet, community/event areas, F&B lounges, and more.
Prices start from as low as RM376 ($93) for flexible desks, and goes up to RM730 ($155) per person for dedicated offices — a relatively affordable price considering the awe-inspiring, 360-degree view of Kuala Lumpur city.
Since its inception, Spaces has over 428 other co-working outlets situated at major cities around the world, with many more coming up shortly.
Spaces is also part of the IWG plc Group, which includes Regus, the global leader in service offices.
With post-pandemic life slowly returning to normalcy, Spaces Exchange 106 would potentially become the go-to place for international enterprises, technology startups, and professionals in the coming years.
