Indonesian ride-hailing and payments giant, Gojek, has launched GoStore, a new platform to help smaller businesses sell online.

GoStore lets local micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises set up online stores with ease, and market their products via social media via Facebook Shops and Instagram Shopping integration.

The solution is also integrated with Gojek's app and solutions, giving sellers access to cashless payments, delivery, and analytics tools. 

As of today, the company states that there are over 500,000 merchants in their ecosystem.

Based on data from Facebook and Bain and Company, Indonesia's online shopping transactions is estimated to reach $72 billion by 2025.
