Aerodyne Group, a Malaysia-based international drone solutions provider, announced today that the company will be investing in Australian asset inspection company, Sensorem.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but Sensorem’s existing management team, led by Managing Director, Ed Boxall, will remain shareholders and continue leading the company.
Sensorem will also provide Aerodyne's solutions to businesses across industries in Australia, which includes end-to-end cloud-based asset management solution, "vertikaliti".
Headquartered in Perth, Sensorem is a remote sensing specialist, offering asset inspection and aerial surveying services that utilize the latest innovations in drone and sensor technology.
This investment is expected to generate meaningful upside for Sensorem, Aerodyne, and clients spanning the Australian minerals, energy, industrial and agricultural sectors.
“Aerodyne Group is excited to join forces with Sensorem, which has a strong foundation in key pillars of the Australian economy. We believe there is immense opportunity ahead for our ‘vertikaliti’ solution suite in the Australian market and we look forward to working with Ed and his team to super-charge the next stage of growth,” said Aerodyne Group COO, Rossi Jaafar.
