In Myanmar, health-tech startup, MyanCare, has recently raised $600k in funding from SPARX Group, Japanese investment firm Scala, and Japanese pharmacy chain AIN Holdings.
The startup allows users to schedule appointments with doctors from the comfort of their own home, all via their mobile app.
Since its inception, more than 200 doctors and 26 different medical specialties are connected via the MyanCare platform.
Moving forward, MyanCare aims to further expand their business across Myanmar to become a market leader in the telemedicine industry.
