Founder of Malaysian gifts delivery company, 50Gram, is on a mission to help more people gain a better understanding on digital marketing.
Founded 5 years ago by Spring Wong, 50Gram is most notably known for being the first online florist to introduce the video bouquet concept as part of their gifts delivery experience.
After 5 years of building the company into becoming a household name with millions in turnover, the 30 year old founder has decided to step out to share his knowledge on digital strategies used to bring the company to where it is today.
According to Spring, the reason for stepping out to share his knowledge comes as he noticed many of his customers were struggling to make ends meet during the nationwide lock-downs.
The digital marketing trainings, which will be free of charge for 50Gram's existing customers, will showcase proven strategies that have worked for 50Gram throughout the years, and are not merely "previews" from non practitioners.
Spring also iterates that there are many "gurus" that have emerged in the market as of late, many who do not own any e-commerce stores nor are they practitioners in the digital marketing field.
Moving forward, Spring hopes that these trainings will serve as a way for him to give back to his supportive customers, and to help them get through this difficult period.
"We are a company that was founded on one simple purpose which is Gratitude. We always want to find ways to show our gratitude and give back to our customers, and we figured out that what our customers really need now is a skillset that can improve/sustain their life during and after the economic impact. We feel that it is the time for us to show our gratitude to you all as our loyal customers", mentions founder of 50Gram, Spring Wong.
