Residential start-up Dash Living will have over 900 units across Hong Kong and Singapore with the new addition of 200 units from its Singapore entity.

In 2019, Dash Living received $10 million in a pre-series A funding round led by Mindworks.

Dash Living targets young urban professionals looking for affordability and flexibility in a city with a limited supply of reasonably priced housing.

DashLiving also offers community services named “the Dash community” to connect members via an app that can be used to access rooms, common spaces, and discounts.

“All-inclusive, affordable and flexible accommodation for millennials is a sizable problem which impacts the next generation. Being a millennial myself, I’m excited to share Dash’s offerings regionally beginning with Singapore,” Dash Living founder Aaron Lee said.
