One of the most anticipated business pitching competitions is coming to town this November.

Organized by The Selangor IT & E-Commerce Council (SITEC), the Pitch @ Selangor 2019 Competition will be held on Tuesday, 26 November 2019 at The One World Hotel, Petaling Jaya. 

The event will feature 16 shortlisted SMEs & Social Enterprises, who will showcase their ventures and innovations to compete for over RM100k worth of prizes.

As the first-of-its-kind initiative in the state, the Pitch @ Selangor 2019 competition will provide direct opportunities for SMEs and Social Enterprises to pitch their innovative business proposal to the state government for possible government-business partnerships.

A wide range of participants are expected to be present, ranging from startups, NGOs, Government agencies, corporates, as well as investors.

Pitch @ Selangor 2019 is also an attempt to identify innovative solutions and products from serious entrepreneurs and individuals that can be piloted or used by the state of Selangor immediately or in the near future.

This is in-line with the Selangor Government's mission of boosting the social-economic status of the state in the long run.

Since SITEC's inception, over 60 startups and 525 e-commerce entrepreneurs have been nurtured through the various programs spearheaded by the organization.
