The United States and China have agreed to restart trade negotiations, following a global economic slowdown as a result of the prolonged trade tensions.

US President Donald Trump and Chinese President Xi Jinping have come to an agreement after discussions at the G20 summit in Japan this month.

Tariffs imposed by both the US and China on each others goods.

After the meeting in Japan, Donald Trump confirmed that no additional tariffs will be added to Chinese goods.

He also added that American companies could continue selling to Chinese technology firm Huawei, which was banned due to security reasons.
