Sequoia India has launched a brand new accelerator program, investing US$1.5 million into each startup that qualifies.

Dubbed "Surge", the company calls it a "rapid scale-up program" for startups in SouthEast Asia and India. 

Mentors for the program are seasoned entrepreneurs from Sequoia's portfolio.

Surge is open for applications until 22nd February, and the program will begin in March.

The program lasts 16 weeks, each cohort will accept 10 - 20 applicants.
