I've hired a couple of interns in Johor in the past, and here are a few of my suggestions:
LinkedIn - You can post your first job for free (repetitively), and they give a consistent stream of candidates.
Facebook Groups - There are many groups on Facebook for hiring interns (and for interns to share their availability). Not only can you find many interns there, you can hire them pretty fast too.
Directly from Universities - As internships are mandatory in Malaysia's local universities, reaching out to these universities directly is a great way to get a healthy stream of interns.
Lecturers - Connecting with university lecturers (both full time and guest lecturers) are a good way to get internship candidate recommendations too.
Indeed - You can post up as many jobs as you want for free, but you may not receive many applicants unless you pay/advertise the job post.
