INCA’s goal is to successfully bring Russian growing companies to the Chinese market which is complicated and hard to access but very attractive and highly rewarding. A bigger goal is to help promote the development of business, technological, investment cooperation between our two countries.

INCA residents will obtain access to a wide network of business and investment contacts, to unique business development opportunities in China, and also to local government’s benefits and support at every stage.

The Incubator can help localize, adapt and grow a project. The Accelerator will help raise external investment and achieve higher growth rates for resident companies. The venture capital fund will provide financial support to projects that fit its investment criteria. A customized approach is guaranteed, together with our partners network and regional government’s support.

The first INCA incubator–accelerator shall be launched in Chengdu, Sichuan province.
