Boostly is an SMS marketing hub for restaurants. For example, restaurants use Boostly to build a CRM for both their online & offline customers, and then Boostly uses SMS marketing to automatically market to customers based on their engagement with the brand.
Boostly also provides an automated phone assistant which handles call-in orders without staff intervention, improving efficiency and maximizing revenue, and then automatically engages the restaurant’s customers through SMS marketing to drive additional future orders.
Boostly also collects feedback on the guest experience, enabling the restaurant to resolve issues in real-time and generate reviews.
